需求

我们的要求是将目录中创建的所有文件复制到具有相同目录结构的其他目录。脚本将定期运行，搜索在源目录中创建的所有文件，并将其复制到目标目录。该脚本必须在目标目录上保持相同的目录结构。之后，更改目标目录上的权限。成功复制文件后，脚本必须从源目录中删除文件。

如果您不想更改目标文件的所有权，请将CHANGE_OWNERSHIP设置为0。
